The stories about John Carter and his adventures on mars are some of my favorite to read. So, I have decided to do covers to the first three of the Mars series. I started with the third one, The Warlord of Mars.

Here is a character concept for the Omogon universe. I based the character upon a good friend of mine.

Herculoids!

This is my latest creation and it is a tribute to the Hanna Barbera cartoon Herculoids. I did this piece as a gift to my Dad for Father's Day. This is one of his favorite animated shows and I have to say its pretty cool. I think I may have to day a Thundar the Barbarian soon too,we shall see. I hope that you enjoy the piece.

NBA/ Changing of the Guard

I have been watching a lot of the NBA playoffs recently. I have noticed that the NBA has changed a lot.  The teams that were consistently in the top five the past few years didn't make it to the playoffs or got eliminated early. So I wanted to do a piece that spoke to this change but more importantly to the evolution of the players game play and overall physical appearance. Also with this piece I wanted to get back to doing some things with traditional media and mixing it with a digital medium. I chose to go with a old school player, Dr. J and with a current player, Lebron.

Dark Horse

It's that time of year again and once again I am trying to get a piece into the souvenir book for Comic Con. This time I chose to do a piece in honor of the 25th Anniversary of Dark Horse Comics. I decided to do a mash up Hellboy, The Goon, and Usagi Yojimbo. I like the way this one turned out( hopefully they will too). Anyways, I hope you enjoy it and wish me luck once again!

Priest Concept

Well I'm sure everyone knows about the Priest movie that is coming out. I saw the panel for this movie at Comic Con last year and I have to say that it looks pretty good. To coincide with the release there is a competition to to reinterpret one of the characters from the movie. This is my entry into the contest. It was definitely fun to do. Wish me luck!

My latest entry into the Omogon series. This piece is something that I have been wanting to do for a while as a companion to a older piece of mine. Once I did the pieces for the Immanuel series, they inspired me to do this one. I will continue to introduce more images inspired by the Omogon concept/story. Enjoy!

Fantasy Basketball

Here is next piece in the Fantasy Sports Series. These are a lot of fun to do. I like combining fantasy elements with some of my favorite sports. I think I will have to do one more with a basketball theme. Especially since basketball is starting to heat up with March Madness and the upcoming NBA playoffs. I hope that you enjoy the piece.
